Jim Chao / Partner

Jim Chao is our new partner, who just joined the LCC Partners Law Office since August, 2017. As a highly experienced attorney with over 18 years of practice in Taiwan, he advises numerous clients on areas of Employment and Corporate Law such as general regulatory compliance, employment contracts, employee handbooks, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, expatriate employment as well as labor dispute resolution including mediation, arbitration and litigation since 1998.

After completing the PhD degree at Jilin University School of Law, he was admitted to practice in Mainland China in 2014 and commenced to manage cross-strait investment cases up to date. In addition, he is the partner of Shanghai TransAsia Law firm, which is one of the leading law firms licensed in the People's Republic of China.

Facing the challenge of globalization and the increasing economic partnership between Taiwan and the People's Republic of China, Jim Chao cooperates with legal professionals of TransAsia to provide clients with the most effective and reliable legal services across various jurisdictions.
