Emily Kuo specializes in insurance law,
money laundering control act, trust law, and civil litigation. She represents
several insurance companies in subrogation and claim disputes.
Emily is also familiar with the insurance
supervision system, such as insurance fund investment and transactions with
related persons, etc. In addition, Emily participates in regulatory reform
projects for insurance intermediaries , money laundering control act and
personal data protection act.
Emily is also frequently invited as
lecturer by insurance firms and trade associations to provide customized
trainings. Emily is able to provide comprehensive solutions to fulfil clients’
legal and commercial requests.
